I am originally from Michigan. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and teaching minor in Mathematics. After having our children and getting our youngest into Kindergarten, I went back to work. I decided to go and get my Master's in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University in 2013.
I have taught in many different capacities and places during my teaching career. I taught Chemistry in Michigan, Chemistry and Physical Science in South Carolina, Chemistry in Texas, Mathematics in Kansas, Arizona, Virginia, and Utah, and Earth Systems in Utah.
I have moved 11 times in my married life. I have lived in Michigan, South Carolina, Texas, Arizona, Alaska, New Mexico, Kansas, Virginia and now Utah.
In my spare time, I love to chill with my family and dog, downhill ski, walk, read, crochet, knit, play board games, do puzzles, work crossword and logic problems, and chat with my peeps around the U.S.
